A European gas player aims at entering the hydrogen-as-energy business and taking its fairshare.

Emerton supported this player in designing theappropriate organization to secure long term success.

Outcome

Alignment achieved between the Executive Committee (ExCom) and Board on the strategicobjectives and the necessary resources.

This consensus paved the way for theimplementation of the new organization.
