October 14th 2025 – SPE Capital, Proparco and Amethis invest in Delta Holdings, a leading specialty chemicals manufacturer
A consortium of investors comprising SPE PEF III (SPE Capital), Proparco and Amethis MENA Fund II (Amethis) has invested in Delta Holdings B.V. (Delta Holdings), a prominent manufacturer of specialty additives with a focus on the paint and coatings industry.

October 7th, 2025 - Capital Croissance is acquiring a majority stake in Serapid alongside its executives, Emeric Labesse and Guillaume Davies. The financing round is completed by the France Nucleaire Fund, managed by Siparex, BNP Paribas Developpement, and Unexo.
