What languages are required?
As an international workplace, Emerton's internal communication language is English at all offices. Fluency in English is an absolute must-have. The command of the language of the country you will be working in, plus another language, are definitely a plus.

What does Emerton's career progression look like?
Each position has clearly defined expectations and evaluation criteria and are reviewed annually : Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Case Team Leader, Manager, Principal, Associate Partner, and Partner.
