As an international workplace, Emerton's internal communication language is English at all offices. Fluency in English is an absolute must-have.

Professional Development

What does Emerton's career progression look like?
Each position has clearly defined expectations and evaluation criteria and are reviewed annually : Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Case Team Leader, Manager, Principal, Associate Partner, and Partner.
International exposure
The vast majority of our projects have an international component and consultants often focus on multiple geographies.
