Franck Abihssira has 30 years of experience at senior executive positions and as consultant.  Prior to joining Emerton, Franck Abihssira was partner at Tactis Consulting where he worked on various projects in telecommunications and digital infrastructures, including a dozen of transactions in digital infrastructures and EV charging.

Earlier, Franck led several businesses and initiatives at the Bouygues group. From 1997 to 1998, he worked for Bouygues Group Head Office and helped to set up 9 Telecom Entreprises, a joint venture with Telecom Italia. In 1998, he launched World Online France (Internet Access Provider) as Sales & Marketing VP.

From 2000 to 2003, he was CEO of e-TF1, the Internet and multimedia subsidiary of TF1 Group. From 2003 to 2006, he was Deputy CEO of TPS, the Pay TV platform of TF1 Group.

From 2006 to 2014, Franck was leading Broadband Access, Contents and Services of Bouygues Telecom and member of the executive committee.

Franck has a deep expertise in the telecom & media sector. He has also acquired a strong experience in hydrogen and EV charging.

Franck has a strong experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, product development, mix-marketing design, and revenue management.

Franck graduated in computer science and business administration.
