Fréderic Milgrom is an Executive advisor at Emerton. He has 25 years of experience in strategy consulting (with Kearney, Wyman, EY Parthenon and as an independent professional).
He assists CEOs and Chief Commercial Officers of leading international corporations and midsize companies in crafting their vision, corporate strategy, commercial policies and in implementing the associated levers and tactics. He also works regularly with private equity firms.
Frédéric has functional expertise in strategy, corporate finance and due diligence, as well as Revenue Growth Management and supply chain.
He has a deep experience in the upstream food industry, in consumer products and in retail. He has recently developed expertise in circular economy issues.
Frédéric holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris, a Bachelor of Mathematics from Paris Orsay as well as a CEMS European Management certificate from the University of Cologne, Germany.
