Emerton supported a European Telecom operator to design its IoT strategy to seize Internet-of-things opportunity and generate additional growth.
In the first step of the project, Emerton analyzed the IoT ecosystem: ecosystem analysis, rules of the game, competitive positioning, markets trends, benchmark of existing technologies.
In a second step, Emerton analyzed the most relevant IoT use cases (8 across 20 verticals) and performed a customer voice analysis to understand the requirements and the key success factors of the selected end-makets. 3 priority target segments with a rationale and first commercial leads.
In the third step, we co-designed with client teams the Go-To-Market strategy, including priority targets, channels and detailed opportunities, and we co-designed an offer roadmap and business plan.
