Given the highly differentiated situation by country, the first step of the process consisted in identifying with the client the priority countries for market entry, before performing deep-dive market potential analysis on most relevant countries.

This work enabled to build a clear and fact-based vision on the market potential for the client and the most relevant regional and country development go-to-market strategy to implement.
