Bruno Donville

Bruno has a professional background combining Private Equity and entrepreneurship over 25 years.  

On the Private Equity side, Bruno founded Creadev, the investment arm of the Mulliez family, the French largest FO. He then led Creadev for close to 10 years, during which he invested €200m as majority or leading shareholder in a dozen companies, in sectors such as healthcare, energy and digital services. Later, Bruno became a partner of MBO Partenaires, a French midcap private equity fund.

On the entrepreneurship side, he moved from Creadev to the co-management of an investment line, Voltalis, a pioneering firm in demand-response. Earlier in his career he took over the control and management of a midsize cosmetics company with the backing of a PE fund. 

Bruno advises families and private shareholders/investors (often former entrepreneurs) on their private equity strategy, investment vehicles set-up and management, portfolio management, together with family governance and next-generation preparation.

Bruno’s specific expertise includes corporate governance and corporate finance. He has an extensive experience in top management assessment, entrepreneur’s accompaniment, and in the architecture and performance assessment of boards.

Bruno graduated from HEC School of Management and from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris.
Bruno has been a member of numerous boards of mid-sized companies; for example Mauna Kea Tech (listed medical imagery company, 7 years till 2010), Groupe Maisons de Famille (retirement homes group, 12 years till 2015), Storefront (digital marketplace, 2016)…
